You've gotta start choking on your cold beer when you know the future of this club is in the hands of the above figure. He drafts great, but he may need to re-think his strategy during trade deadline and free agency periods.

Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun stated today Filip Kuba wants to stay in Ottawa. While I think he's done great this season in the Nation's Capital, I've stated it before and many Sens fans must know this, he's not an option for the future. With Erik Karlsson, Mattias Karlsson, Patrick Wiercioch and even the newly-acquired Chris Campoli in this club's system, there's really know room for him. The same thing with Chris Neil. Many Sens fans say he should stay, par example the great author Jeremy Milks from Black Aces, but Cody Bass is his replacement, and is about 1 million less. I'm pretty sure those 1 million will come in handy come July 1st.

While we're on the topic of Chris Neil, a source I talked to today fully expects Neil gone on Wednesday, but only for a 2nd to 3rd round pick and a possible conditional 4th rounder if Neil re-signs with the club he's traded. He also states Detroit Red Wings GM will be in attendance on tuesday against the Flames, adding feul that the Wings might go after him.

As stated last night, the Sens have interest in Scott Clemmensen. I can now confirm that Antoine Vermette and a propsect will be offered to the Devils for Scott. Fair deal, Sens fans?

Thanks For Reading!!!
