Sens fans have been complaining of the new 3-D cartoonish logo ever since it's debut 2 off-seasons ago. But imagine being a Sabres fan and having to see your favorite team with that logo on their jersey. Welcome to the new NHL.

The Sens signed Craig Schira today to a 3-year contract. Schira has played in the Western Hockey League for 5 years with both the Regina Pats and Vancouver Giants. He's a good puck-mover and has bomb from the point. Currently in 66 points with the Giants he has 16 goals and 39 assists for 55 points. He looks like a good addition but we officially have a big log-jam at defense, not only on the current roster but only the prospect list. We have Erik Karlsson, Mattias Karlsson, Patrick Wiercioch, Kirill Lyamin, Tomas Kudelka and now Craig Schira. We will see Sens fans. We will see.

The Sabres come into the Scotiabank Place tonight on two straight 5-1 wins over the Habs and Coyotes. The Sens are coming off a 4-2 win over the Oilers. The Sens currently lead the season series 3-1, with tonight and one more game left in the season series. Ever since the Brawl, the Sens have dominated the Sabres and should continue that. Jason Spezza has played with a mean edge the last 2 games, something many Sens fans are excited to see out of him. The lineup will be the same as Peter Regin will play tonight despite his apparent foot injury he suffered after he blocked a shot from Souray. Brian Elliott will get the start tonight and I'm guessing he wants to end the season out strong to at least give him the chance to compete for the starting role.

Magic crystal ball says Ottawa 5(Fisher, Alfredsson, Heatley, Regin, Winchester) Buffalo 3(Stafford, Afinegenov, Connolly)

Thanks For Reading and Enjoy The Game!!!
