We all know Dany Heatley was looking forward too it. Well, it won't happen. The Sens lost the home-and-home series against the Isles. They almost came back and if they had done the same thing in the 2nd period, they actually would have won.

Alex Auld played ok, probably the weakest game this year. He made some key saves in key moments, but I think the 1st goal was a combination of Auld not being in position and the defense of Ottawa coming up with a lacklustre performance. Chris Campoli's goal was almost caught by Auld and really someone should have drawn themselves and blocked that shot.
Dany Heatley and Jason Spezza played a good game, Spezza was creating chances and Heatley was shooting perfectly. Ilya Zubov played good, he is one wicked player. I think I saw him take a hit than coming back in his next shift and play physical around the boards.
Enough balooning Antoine Vermette and Mike Fisher, Chris Kelly hasn't played good this year. He isn't supposed to score 35 goals like Vermette is, but he's losing his battles all of a sudden, and it looks like he doesn't want to shoot.
The Sens now head to Madison Square Garden to face the Rangers. I think Hartsburg should tell his team to expand on the 3rd period they played and make it work for the whole game. I expect Gerbs to get the start, Auld looks a tad bit tired, and I can't blame him.
Thanks For Reading!!!
