Really, that was pretty amazing. Down 2-0 in the first after Toni Lydman and Jason Pominville notched goals past Brian Elliott. However, the Sens came back to haunt and spoil yet again a team's chances by a bit to win 4-2. Goals by Dany Heatley, Brendan Bell, and Daniel Alfredsson sealed the deal for the Sens. Too bad they didn't play this way at the beginning of the season.

Elliott along with his defense struggled in the 1st. The Sabres fired 6 shots on goal and 2 of them were goals. That's not a pretty way to start the game. However, patience prevailed as the Pizza Line and Brendan Bell dominated the Sabres en route to the victory. Filip Kuba played tremendous tonight and I think he's taken insult to Don Brennan's article about him. Hope don learned his lesson, that sneaky little bastard. Ryan Shannon used his speed ability pretty well and is also helping that Second Unit a lot. Brian Lee got in some rough stuff at the end of the game. He's been great after his disastrous beginning to the season but needs to control himself on the physical front the game a bit.

A little tidibt to pass on tonight. Management is close to signing Cory Clouston to a 2 year contract to keep him as coach. He's really helped this club and "loosened the reins", which has helped players like Nick Foligno, Mike Fisher, and Ryan Shannon to develop. Theo nly think I would suggest to him is to use Shean Donovan more. That speed is helpful to the lineup. But overall, it was a good game tonight.

P.S: Sens win season series 5-1
