While the Sens are trying to figure out who will be a future Senator on Draft Day, most fans have concluded the Sens will take the best player available at the 9th position. Not so fast though, storming in is young Peterborough Pete Zack Kassian. Kassian is a big, strong, power forward from the outskirts of Ontario.
And guess who Kassian is being compared to? The one, the only, Milan Lucic, who is probably my 3rd favorite player in the NHL. Lucic is awesome. Kassian is awesome. Zack had 63 points in 61 games this season, but more importantly, took off in 5 fights.
I still like Jordan Schroeder as a pick for the Sens because of his speed, skill, and talent, but it wouldn't hurt if we had our own Milan Lucic on our team.
